At Annie Selke, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for most unused, unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that custom items and final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid UPS return shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping container, ensuring all tags are attached and a copy of the packing slip is included inside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Bring your package to any authorized UPS location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
